Welcome to Mrs. Wolfe's Web Site

To start, I would like you to know that I truly  believe that all children have the right to learn in a caring, safe, and supportive environment. I continually try to create this type of environment in my classroom.

Homework

Please expect your child to have homework every night, whether it be written homework, studying, or a combination of the two.

Studying

The children in my class have been asked to complete the following studying assignments every night.

1) Study your spelling words every night.

2) Review your addition and subtraction facts every night.

Written Assignments

Written assignments change daily. It is very important to check your child's assignment pad (agenda) each afternoon or evening to find out what the specific assignments are for that day.

**Please sign your initials at the bottom of each day in the agenda.

Preparing for a Test

Children are notified two to three days in advance for  upcoming tests in science and social studies. These notifications will be repeated at least twice in their assignment pad.

Please refer to the list of HELPFUL STUDY HINTS for tests which have been attached to the back of their assignment pad.  ( We will soon be glueing these hints in the assignment pads.)
