Does your child remember multiplication facts from third grade?  If not, Please begin practicing them with your child 5 minutes a day.

Reading:  Read, read, read 20 minutes every day!

Homework :  Expect homework most nights.  Math facts should be reviewed each night. 

Check the homework assignment pad nightly.  When your child completes the assignments, please initial.  The book needs to be returned the following day.

Also, initial all graded papers.

Homework is written on a Homework board daily.  It is your child's responsibility to be sure to copy it down in his/her assignment pad before the end of each day.  Homework will not be posted on the website daily.

Spelling:  Each week the class begins a new lesson with a new list of spelling words.  Each day they do a page in their workbooks, which is followed by a homework assignment.  Friday is usually TEST day. memorize!)
